Julia'S Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. oil
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. mashed banana
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. orange juice
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease and flour a loaf pan.
    Beat oil and sugar.
    Add eggs and banana; beat well.
    Sift dry ingredients and add them to creamed mixture.
    Add sour cream and juice; mix well.
    Stir in nuts.
    Pour into pan.
    Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
