Beef Or Deer Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 jar cubed deer or beef
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (cauliflower, carrots and red pepper)
    1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    Worcestershire sauce
    rice
    soy sauce
Preparation
    In skillet, heat deer or beef; let boil for 15 minutes.
    May need to add water 1/2 cup to 1 cup.
    Use enough liquid to keep from boiling dry but don't make it too soupy because the frozen vegetables will have their own liquid.
    Add 4 or 5 shakes of Worcestershire sauce.
    Turn down heat to low; add vegetables. Cook until vegetables are cooked yet still slightly crunchy. Serve over rice with soy sauce.
