Persimmons Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. margarine
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    3 c. persimmon pulp
    1 c. chopped dates
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Bake in a 13 x 9-inch pan on 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
