Hurley Gurley Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box cake mix (lemon or pineapple)
3 eggs
1 box powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 stick butter or margarine

Preparation

Mix sugar, eggs and cream cheese together and beat until smooth.
Combine 1 egg with the cake mix and butter until the dough forms a ball (stiff).
Press into a 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Top with cream cheese mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 in preheated oven for 40 minutes.
Cool overnight and then cut in small pieces.
