Carrot Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium onions
    10 carrots
    8 red sweet peppers
    1 medium cabbage head, ground
    1 tsp. white mustard seed
    1/4 c. salt
    3 c. vinegar
    5 c. white sugar
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Add onions, carrots, peppers, cabbage and salt.
    Let stand 2 hours and drain.
    Add vinegar, sugar, celery seed and mustard seed.
    Stir all together.
    Seal cold.
