Lithuanian Kugel(Potato Pudding) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large potatoes
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 large onion
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 lb. bacon, fried until crisp
Preparation
    Peel and grate potatoes and onion.
    Pour cool bacon and bacon fat over grated potatoes and onion.
    Add beaten eggs and the rest of ingredients.
    Mix together.
    Pour into greased pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until golden brown.
    Serve with sour cream or applesauce.
