Special Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 Tbsp. white vinegar
dash of salt
Preparation

In a bowl, combine cabbage and onion.
In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Pour buttermilk over cabbage mixture.
Toss to combine.
Cover bowl with plastic; refrigerate for several hours.
