Chunky Crab Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. backfin crabmeat
1/2 lb. regular crabmeat
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped green pepper
3/4 c. sliced black olives
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1 Tbsp. A.1. steak sauce
1/4 c. French or Italian dressing
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
dash of hot sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix and handle crabmeat as little as possible.
Mix all dressing in a separate bowl.
Toss just enough to coat crab. Sprinkle with paprika.
