Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes, boiled, cooled and diced
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of celery soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. butter
    8 oz. carton sour cream
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except potatoes.
    Add potatoes and pour into a 2 1/2-quart buttered casserole dish.
    Top with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour uncovered.
