Cucumbers In Cream Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large cucumber, pared
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. thick sour cream
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1/8 tsp. paprika

Preparation

Slice cucumber very thin.
Put in bowl and sprinkle with salt. Set in refrigerator for 2 hours.
Rinse two or three times in cold water and drain.
Toss with dressing, blending the sour cream, vinegar and paprika.
