Hurry Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw white rice
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 can condensed cream soup (chicken or shrimp)
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. cooked chicken or shrimp (match soup used)
Preparation
    Cook rice, simmer curry and onions in butter.
    Add soup and mix until smooth.
    Add sour cream and chicken or shrimp.
    Serves 4.
