Chef'S Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. assorted melons, cut in 1 1/2-inch chunks
    1/4 lb. each: ham, turkey, deli roast beef
    1/4 lb. Swiss, Jack or Cheddar cheese
    4 scallions
    1/4 c. mint leaves
    1 c. blueberries
    1 small head romaine lettuce (I use assorted greens)
    2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 tsp. salt or to taste
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    mint sprigs for garnish
Preparation
    Remove seeds and rind from melon.
    Cut in 1 1/2-inch chunks. Cut meat and cheese into pieces about 2-inches long and 1/4-inch wide.
    Thinly slice scallions, including most of green tops.
    Chop mint.
