Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. ground allspice
    2 1/3 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    1/3 c. water
    16 oz. can pumpkin
    1/2 c. chopped nuts and/or raisins
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients; set aside.
    In another bowl, beat sugar and oil.
    Add eggs, water and pumpkin and mix. Gradually add dry ingredients.
    Stir in nuts.
    Pour batter into 2 greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool for 10 minutes in pan.
    Remove from pan and cool completely. Serve with cream cheese or butter.
