Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 large Vidalia onions
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 pkg. Ritz or Town House crackers
Preparation
    Slice onions into rings.
    Saute in margarine until limp.
    Pour half of onions into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Cover with Parmesan cheese, then crushed crackers.
    Repeat layer and bake, uncovered, in 325\u00b0 oven until golden brown, about 30 minutes.
