Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. pork roast
    onion
    salt
    pepper
    1 qt. tomato soup
    1 small head shredded cabbage
    1 to 2 c. canned sauerkraut
Preparation
    Boil 2 1/2 pounds pork roast with salt, pepper and onion for 1 hour.
    Add tomato soup and boil one more hour.
    Add one small head of shredded cabbage and sauerkraut; simmer on low heat for another couple of hours.
