Lemon Cake Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
2 egg yolks
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Cream sugar and butter; add lemon juice and rind.
Beat in egg yolks and flour; mix well.
Add milk gradually; beat until well blended.
Fold in beaten egg whites.
Pour into pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 until center of pie is firm, about 30 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
