Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried mustard
6 slices white bread (no crusts)
1 lb. bacon, sausage or ham
1 tsp. minced onion
4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Brown meat.
Drain.
Beat eggs; add salt, mustard, milk and onion.
Break bread into chunks and add to mixture with cheese. Add meat.
Place in casserole.
Refrigerate overnight.
When ready to use, take out and let stand until room temperature.
Add topping, if desired.
Bake casserole in a pan of water at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serves 6.
