Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Stouffer's spinach souffl
    4 to 5 oz. Gruyere cheese (any kind of cheese; I use Swiss and Cheddar)
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 lb. bulk sausage, browned and drained
    1 pie crust
    sliced mushrooms and onions (optional)
Preparation
    Thaw spinach souffl mix with eggs. Mix in grated cheese, sausage, mushrooms, etc. Mix well and pour into frozen pie crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 (depending on your oven) for 35 to 45 minutes or longer. Bake until top is browned.
