Campers Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cans chili beans
2 cans kidney beans
2 cans crushed tomatoes
1 qt. tomato juice
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
4 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin powder
1 Tbsp. smart season
1 tsp. liquid garlic
1 tsp. salt
5 lb. ground chuck
Preparation

In a large pot, add tomatoes, juice, onion, pepper and ground beef (do not brown ground beef). Cook for 1/2 hour.
Add water, if needed.
Stir often. Add chili beans and kidney beans with salt, garlic, chili powder, cumin and smart season. Add more chili powder or cayenne for hotter chili.
Simmer for 1 hour.
