Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small bag Doritos
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can water
Preparation

Crush Doritos in the bottom of a greased dish.
Brown the ground beef.
Drain and spoon into dish of Doritos.
Sprinkle the chopped onion on top of ground beef.
Add 1/2 of the grated cheese. Add the 2 kinds of soups, tomatoes and water.
Take a spatula and run through to mix.
Grate the rest of the cheese on top and bake at 450\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
