Veggie Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Pillsbury crescent rolls
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
Preparation
    Flatten crescent rolls in a jelly roll pan.
    Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and Ranch dressing mix; spread on crust.
    Top with broccoli, cauliflower and cherry tomatoes (cut in half).
    Top with shredded carrots.
