Black-Eyed Pea Skillet Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    2 (16 oz.) cans black-eyed peas, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes (undrained), coarsely chopped
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook ground beef, onion and green pepper over medium heat until beef is browned; drain.
    Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring often.
