Cheese Coins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. flour
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Mix well to form dough. Divide dough in half, and roll each half into a log.
Wrap in waxed paper and chill or freeze for several hours or overnight.
