Easy Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water in large mixing bowl.
    Add sugar, salt, egg, shortening and 1 cup flour.
    Beat until smooth.
    Stir in remaining flour; continue beating until smooth.
    Scrape batter from side of bowl; cover and let rise in warm place until double, about 1/2 hour.
    Stir down batter and spoon into greased muffin tins.
    Let rise until double, about 1/2 hour.
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0. Bake about 15 minutes.
