Morsel-Mallow Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
salt
1/2 c. semi-sweet morsels
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. heavy cream
1 c. mini marshmallows
Preparation

Place cream cheese in a deep bowl and cream until soft and smooth.
Slowly blend in sugar.
Add salt and melted morsels.
Mix well.
Add vanilla and cream.
Mix until well blended.
Fold in marshmallows.
Press into well greased 8-inch pan.
Place in refrigerator until well chilled and firm.
Cut into squares.
