Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 (No. 1) cans stewed tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 cloves garlic
    1 pkg. spaghetti sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    2 bay leaves
    salt to taste
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown ground beef lightly.
    Drain off any fat.
    Mix together all ingredients.
    Simmer 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
    Put in plastic containers and freeze.
