Dutch Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Keebler graham crust
    4 c. apples, cored and sliced
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. light brown sugar, packed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    1 large egg yolk, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
Preparation
    Spread lightly beaten yolk over crust and bake at 375\u00b0 until brown, about 5 minutes.
