Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked, mashed yellow squash
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. cheese tidbits (before crushing)
    1 large can evaporated milk
    3/4 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and bake in uncovered, greased casserole dish at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes (or 16 minutes in the microwave oven, stirring 3 times during cooking).
