Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. steak, cut in thin strips
    1 c. sliced green pepper
    1 c. sliced onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Lightly brown steak in butter.
    Add vegetables and salt, stir-fry about 5 minutes.
    Mix cornstarch with water and soy sauce.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Stir until sauce is thick and slightly transparent.
    Serve over rice.
