Microwave Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 (12 oz.) pkg. pork sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 (32 oz.) bottle tomato juice
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground oregano
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Crumble ground beef and sausage into 3-quart casserole.
Stir in onion and garlic.
Cover and cook with glass lid.
Microwave on High for 10 minutes and drain.
Stir in remaining ingredients and cover.
Microwave for 30 to 35 minutes on Medium or simmer or until hot (160\u00b0F).
Serve over cooked spaghetti.
