Sardine Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. boneless sardines, drained
    1 hard-boiled egg, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. cream (half and half or milk)
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 chopped scallions
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 drops Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Mash sardines with fork.
    Mix with rest of ingredients.
    Mound on serving dish with black olive garnishes.
    Serve on toasted rounds or onion or other crackers.
