Apple Spice Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 peeled apples
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
3 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. raisins
1 c. pecans

Preparation

Mix
all ingredients including sugar (except dry ingredients) and let
soak
for 1 hour.\tThen add to dry mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 60 minutes until done.
