Cake Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. water
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. cocoa
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk or 1 Tbsp. vinegar added to milk to make 1 c.

Preparation

Boil first 3 ingredients and pour over the next 5 ingredients. Mix well. Add eggs, vanilla and buttermilk. Pour into a 12 x 18-inch cookie sheet. Mixture will be thin. Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0. Frost with peanut butter frosting.
