Mary'S Orange Blossom Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 c. packaged biscuit mix
    1/2 c. orange marmalade
    1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
    Spicy Topping (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs,
    sugar,
    orange juice, salad oil and biscuit mix vigorously\tfor 30 seconds.
    Stir in marmalade and pecans. Line muffin pans with paper
    baking
    cups
    and
    fill
    2/3 with batter. Sprinkle with topping.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
