Parsons Wafers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. soft butter
1/3 c. whipping cream
2 c. flour
sugar
Preparation

Mix and chill dough of butter, cream and flour 1 hour. Roll out onto a sugared board 1/8-inch thick. Turn dough over in sugar to coat both sides. Cut into 1 1/2-inch circles. Prick tops with fork. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet 7 to 9 minutes at 375\u00b0, until puffy and light gold in color. Cool.
