Key West Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. green onions, chopped
    1 c. butter
    2 c. diced celery
    2 c. sliced carrots
    4 c. water
    parsley
    4 Tbsp. chicken bouillon
    1 c. flour
    3 to 4 c. half and half or milk
    1 tsp. seafood seasoning
    1 lb. seafood of your choice, diced
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter and flour and stir 2 minutes over medium heat.
    Gradually add half and half, stirring another 2 minutes. Set aside.
