Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 bell peppers
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. rice
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    salt, pepper and garlic to taste
    1 can tomato soup
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Core bell peppers.
    Mix ground beef, rice, Ro-Tel tomatoes, salt, pepper and garlic together.
    Put mixture in bell peppers, pour tomato soup and water over peppers and bake 1 hour.
    Serves 4.
