Rice Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    3 c. milk, scalded
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 c. white sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add other ingredients.
    Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole or baking dish.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg, if desired.
    Set in pan of water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes, or until done.
