Macadamia Nut Crunch Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. crushed chocolate wafer cookies
    6 Tbsp. butter, melted
    7 oz. Macadamia nuts (whole or pieces)
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. butter
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    11 oz. cream cheese
    3/4 c. confectioners sugar
    1 c. heavy cream
    8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Combine cookie crumbs and 6 tablespoons butter.
    Press into bottom of an ungreased 9-inch spring-form pan. Place nuts in a single layer over crust. Combine 1 cup brown sugar with 1 1/2 cups butter.
    Heat over medium flame until surface boils.
    Pour
    over nuts.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes until light brown. Remove and cool on rack.
