Glenda'S Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 onion
    1 stick margarine
    cornbread stuffing mix
    squash
Preparation
    Melt margarine with stuffing mix; place half in dish.
    Mix squash, onion, soup and sour cream.
    Add shredded carrot for color.
    Top with remaining stuffing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
