Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. corn meal (self-rising)
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 egg
    1 to 2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Preheat well-greased heavy 8 or 10-inch skillet and cover lightly with corn meal.
    Stir sugar into corn meal.
    Stir beaten egg and vegetable oil into milk.
    Mix all ingredients; pour into skillet and bake in 425\u00b0 oven, preheated, 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
