Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box spaghetti (small elbow kind)
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 large bell pepper, chopped
    1 small jar pimento
    3 (5 oz. each) cans boned chicken
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper
    1/2 lb. American cheese
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti in salted water.
    Melt butter in pan and saute chopped onion, bell pepper and pimento.
    Add chicken, soup, salt and pepper.
    Drain and add spaghetti.
