Perfect Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    1 egg
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Put dry ingredients in a bowl.
    Work shortening in until size of corn meal.
    Put egg and vinegar in cup.
    Beat until mixed together.
    Add water to make 3/4 cup of liquid.
    Mix with shortening and dry ingredients until stiff dough forms.
    Roll out on floured board.
