Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 eggs
    1 c. evaporated milk
    dash of salt
    1 medium size onion, chopped
    1 c. cracker crumbs or oats
    1 can tomato paste
    1 c. green peppers, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and make a loaf.
    Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 about 1 1/2 hours.
    Yields 8 servings.
