Italian Vegetable Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
1 medium onion, sliced thin
2 medium tomatoes, sliced thin
15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine tomato sauce, basil, oregano and garlic.
Spray an 8 x 5-inch baking dish.
Arrange vegetables in layers in baking dish as follows:
zucchini, onion, tomato, tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese.
Repeat twice more. Bake 30 to 35 minutes, covered.
Let cool a few minutes before serving.
Serves 2 as main dish or 4 as side dish.
