Turkey Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) box spaghetti, broken into 2-inch pieces
    2 c. cubed cooked turkey
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 (4 oz. each) cans sliced drained mushrooms
    1/3 c. milk
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 (2 oz.) jar drained pimiento
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    additional shredded cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti; drain.
    Transfer to a large bowl; add the next 10 ingredients and mix well.
    Spoon into a greased 2 1/2-quart casserole; sprinkle with cheese if desired.
    Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
