Breakfast Schnitzel - cooking recipe
Ingredients

breakfast pork chops
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, well beaten
1 c. crushed crackers
1/2 tsp. salt
shortening for frying
Preparation

Coat pork chops with flour.
Dip in milk, then egg.
Coat with cracker crumbs.
Sprinkle with salt.
Fry in 1/2-inch deep shortening in skillet for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until tender.
