Cleo'S Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

60 Ritz crackers, crumbled
1/2 c. butter
2 pkg. instant pudding (3 oz.)
1 1/2 c. milk
1 qt. toasted almond or butter brickle ice cream
Preparation

Mix ice cream, milk and pudding mix.
Save part of cracker mixture, press remainder in bottom of pan.
Pour ice cream mixture on top.
Cover with whipped cream.
Sprinkle top with saved cracker mixture.
Put in refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.
