Pumpkin Oat Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oat bran
    1 c. rolled oats
    1 1/4 c. skim milk
    3/4 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    3/4 c. fresh or canned pumpkin
    2 egg whites
    2 tsp. olive oil or canola oil
    3/4 c. raisins
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Combine bran, oats and milk.
    Set aside.
    Combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder and spices separately. Blend pumpkin with egg whites, oil and raisins. Add to bran.
    Add dry ingredients and stir until moist.
    Spray 12 muffin tins with Pam.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes until light brown.
