Spinach Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 - 8 oz. sour cream
    2 eggs
    1 - 8 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 box jiffy muffin mix
    1 medium onion, chopped tiny
    1 pinch salt
Preparation
    Melt butter and add sour cream.
    Add dry muffin mix, eggs and onion.
    Add drained spinach.
    Pour in a cast iron skillet.
    Bake like cornbread at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
